We aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Shipping Options & Rates (Australia Only):

- Standard Shipping (2–8 business days): $9.95 flat rate (Free on orders over $125.)

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location and Australia Post service conditions

Order Processing:

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Important Notes:

- We currently only ship within Australia.

- We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or external factors.

- Ensure your shipping details are correct; we cannot reroute parcels once dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels:

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at contactus@linksandloom.com.au and we’ll assist in lodging an enquiry with Australia Post.
