Links and Loom Returns Policy
We’re all about getting it right — but if your order isn’t quite what you expected, we’re here to make it easy. Eligible items can be returned for store credit, no fuss.
You can return your item if:
- It’s within 30 days of purchase
- It’s unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still on)
- It’s not a sale or discounted item (unless it’s faulty — then we’ll sort it out.
All approved returns will receive store credit, which you can use any time by logging into your account.
How to return:
Email us at contactus@linksandloom.com.au with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll get back to you with next steps
- Post your item back to us
- Once it lands with us, your credit will be issued
Note: Return shipping is on you, unless the item is faulty or we stuffed up.
Faulty or incorrect?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if something’s faulty, damaged, or not as described — regardless of our regular policy. Just let us know, and we’ll make it right.
